All prices listed on our website or quoted prior to booking are based on the information provided by the client. ABC Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust pricing on arrival if, upon inspection, the property requires additional work not disclosed during the booking process. This may include, but is not limited to, excessive dirt, additional rooms, or specialist cleaning requirements. Any price adjustments will be clearly discussed with the client before work begins.
Should the client cancel the booking after our cleaning operative has been dispatched or upon arrival at the property, a £99.00 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee covers travel time, administrative costs, and chemical preparation.
Payment for all cleaning services must be made in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or non-payment may result in additional charges.

Clients are responsible for notifying our staff of any fragile or high-value items before cleaning begins.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
